Terms of Service - Learn2Earn

1. Operator

The Learn2Earn platform is operated by Learn2Earn Global LLC.

2. Controlled-pilot status

The controlled pilot is a limited prelaunch program. Features, content, availability, rewards, supported devices, and pilot scope may change during testing.

Participation in the pilot does not guarantee later public availability of any feature.

3. Parent or guardian authority

A participating parent or legal guardian must:

use accurate account information;
complete required account verification;
maintain the security of the parent account;
have authority to act for a participating child;
review the applicable privacy notice and these Terms;
complete the approved parental-consent process when required;
keep account access from unauthorized users;
promptly report privacy, safety, or account-security concerns.

Acceptance of a parent-child relationship by itself is not parental consent to Learn2Earn's child-data practices.

4. Child participation

A child may participate only through the account, relationship, consent, and access boundaries Learn2Earn makes available for that pilot.

For a child under 13 in the covered pilot flow, child personal information must not be requested through that enrollment flow until the required direct notice and approved parental-consent process have been completed.

Parents may decline consent. If consent is declined, the child account will not be provisioned through that consent flow.

5. Acceptable use

Users must not:

attempt to bypass authentication, parental controls, safety controls, or trusted assessment/reward controls;
impersonate another person or falsify account authority;
interfere with Learn2Earn systems or other users;
upload or submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized content;
misuse rewards, accounts, wallet records, or administrative functions.

Learn2Earn may restrict access when necessary to protect learners, families, the platform, or the integrity of the pilot.

6. Learning, rewards, and SeedED

Learn2Earn provides educational experiences and may provide reward or SeedED wallet records associated with verified learning and approved program rules.

Unless Learn2Earn expressly states otherwise for a specific funded program:

an in-app reward or wallet balance is not a bank deposit;
it is not automatically cash or legal tender;
it does not guarantee a particular monetary outcome;
no future earnings, savings return, scholarship, or financial result is guaranteed.

Any externally funded reward program is subject to its separately disclosed program rules and available funding.

7. Parent controls and privacy rights

The parent privacy and consent controls are governed by the synchronized Privacy Policy and direct-parent notice.

A verified parent may request child-data review, revoke consent, request deletion, and submit privacy/support/safety requests through supported Learn2Earn channels.

Revocation or a deletion request may suspend or freeze affected child access while the approved lifecycle is completed.

8. Service providers

Learn2Earn uses necessary service providers, including Google/Firebase services, to provide authentication, data storage, trusted backend functions, and security/integrity controls.

The controlled pilot does not authorize targeted advertising using child data, child-data sale, optional Firebase Analytics, or optional Firebase Crashlytics.

9. Intellectual property

Learn2Earn branding, software, product design, original content, and other owned materials remain the property of Learn2Earn Global LLC or their respective licensors.

These Terms do not grant permission to copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected materials except where applicable law provides otherwise.

10. Availability and changes

The pilot may experience interruption, defects, content changes, or feature changes.

Learn2Earn may suspend, modify, or discontinue a pilot feature when necessary for safety, security, legal, technical, educational-quality, or operational reasons.

Material changes affecting previously approved child-data practices require the privacy/consent reassessment described in the Privacy Policy and direct-parent notice.

11. Suspension or termination

Learn2Earn may suspend or terminate access for material misuse, security risk, safety concerns, false authority claims, or violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law and the applicable privacy/data lifecycle.

Termination does not authorize Learn2Earn to retain child personal information indefinitely.

12. No professional or financial guarantee

Educational content is intended for learning purposes.

Learn2Earn does not guarantee academic performance, financial returns, employment, scholarships, investment results, or other specific outcomes.

Nothing in the controlled pilot should be treated as individualized legal, investment, tax, or financial-adviser services unless Learn2Earn expressly offers such a separately governed service.

14. Controlled-pilot activation

Publishing these Terms does not by itself activate parental consent, production deployment, real-child enrollment, or store submission.
