Our website accepts adult inquiries through forms (pilot interest, partner applications, contact requests, and newsletter signup). Submitting a form does not create a child account, enroll a child, or constitute parental consent. We collect:

• Optional learning-stage interests (for Early Access updates)

Parent Account Information

When a parent or authorized guardian enrolls a child in the controlled pilot with explicit verification and consent, we collect:

• Parent/guardian name and email address
• Verified identity confirmation

Child Information

We collect limited information necessary to provide the service:

• First name or username
• Age (for appropriate learning stage assignment)
• Learning activity and progress data
• Internal learning reward data (XP, Reward Points)

We do not collect unnecessary personal data from children, including birth dates, government identification, payment-card information, or credentials when not required by service functionality.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and improve the platform
• Enable learning, earning, and tracking features
• Maintain a safe and controlled environment
• Verify parent identity and prevent unauthorized access
• Communicate with parents about account activity

3. Child Safety & Data Protection

We prioritize child safety by:

• Requiring parent verification before account creation
• Prohibiting anonymous users
• Limiting interactions to controlled, monitored environments
• Minimizing data collection
• Providing parents with visibility and control over activity

4. Website Form Processing & Third-Party Services

Our website uses the following services:

• B12 Forms: Website contact, pilot-interest, and partnership forms are processed and stored by B12, our form management service. Submissions are sent to B12's servers and are not stored on the Learn2Earn website itself.
• Google reCAPTCHA v3: Our website uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to prevent abuse and spam on all forms. This integrates Google's abuse-prevention technology. Refer to Google's Privacy Policy for reCAPTCHA data handling.

These third-party services have their own privacy policies and data handling practices.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell personal data.

We may share information only:

• With service providers who help operate the platform (including B12 for form processing)
• To comply with legal obligations
• To protect users, including reporting harmful or illegal behavior

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect data, including:

• Encryption
• Secure storage systems
• Access controls

While no system is 100% secure, we continuously improve our protections.

7. Learning Rewards & Future Financial Features

Learn2Earn currently provides internal learning rewards:

• XP and Reward Points: Internal, noncash learning incentives. Not real money or currency.
• SeedED™ Wallet: An educational financial-progress tracker that represents learning milestones and future financial opportunities. SeedED™ does not constitute active banking, real-money transfers, deposits, or cash payouts at this time.

Future real-money features, sponsor distributions, and institutional partnerships are planned capabilities and are not currently activated. When such capabilities become available, Learn2Earn will provide separate notice and obtain appropriate parental consent.

8. Parent Rights & Control

Verified parents have governed privacy and account controls for their child's account and can:

• Access and review data
• Request corrections or deletion
• Manage permissions and activity

Account Deletion: Parents or authorized account holders may request deletion of account data and associated personal information. Learn2Earn reviews deletion requests and may require verification of account ownership or parental authority before processing. Submitting a deletion request does not immediately delete an account; deletion requires verification and processing. For details, see our Account Deletion Request page.

9. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide services and meet legal requirements. Limited records may be retained when legally required or permitted for legitimate security, fraud prevention, accounting, consent documentation, or recordkeeping purposes.

10. Children's Privacy Compliance

Learn2Earn is designed to comply with applicable child privacy laws. Our practices, including parent verification, limited data collection, and parental rights, support compliance with regulations such as COPPA (U.S.) and GDPR (EU/UK where applicable).

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If a material change affects child-data practices, purposes, disclosures, parental-consent requirements, or other protected privacy rights, Learn2Earn will provide any additional notice or renewed parental consent required before applying that change to affected child information.
